Order processing time

Our current order processing time may take up to 7-14 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays. Processing times are the time it will take to get your order ready to ship. This does not include shipping and delivery which will happen after your order is processed. Please note, we are a small business and may need to increase the processing time occasionally, especially during busy seasons. Please reach out to us directly for the most up to date information as processing time is subject to change.

Shipping

Packages will be shipped via the shipping method customers select at checkout. We will email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do require photographic evidence of all defect claims.

Joocier is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We have partnered with Route to offer shipping protection that customers are able to purchase if desired. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact Route directly for a reshipment of your package.
