Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do require photographic evidence of all defect claims.

Joocier is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We have partnered with Route to offer shipping protection that customers are able to purchase if desired. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact Route directly for a reshipment of your package. If you do not purchase Route package protection, you are assuming full liability for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Although we try to replicate each comparable fragrance to the best of our abilities, please note that they may not be a 100% exact replication due to the nature of perfumery. Fragrances are very nuanced and the way a fragrance smells on the skin may not be the way it burns in a candle, even from the original brand. All Joocier products are inspired by their respective original fragrances and may differ slightly from the originals.

Scent Strength

Our candle strength is typically a light to medium ambient scent throw level. We formulated it this way because too much fragrance over time can give people headaches. You will catch a pleasant whiff of our candle when you enter and exit the room, when the air turns on, etc, however, it will be a medium aromatic background scent.
